What is the return policy?
While we don't offer returns, our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Order processing is normally 1-2 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
What are your candles made of?
We use only beeswax that's mixed with a little coconut wax. Beeswax is a hard wax on it's own, so the coconut wax softens it (and it helps to reduce tunneling). Our fragrance oils are phthalate free and non-toxic.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is FREE on every single order! It doesn't matter if you buy one single item or mulitple.
